Finally, I remembered to weigh in on Friday! Last week, I weighed in at 253.6.
This morning, I weighed in at 255 even. Dagnabit!
I do think I’ve had too much salt this week. I had some Chinese last Sunday night, and that always makes me feel salty. I don’t know how else to describe it. Just salty. I’m still on track, just need to keep moving forward.
