Hi friends! I meant to get this posted yesterday but it just didn’t happen. I planned out breakfast and lunch, too, but this week I will just post the evening meal. Most of the time, breakfast and lunch includes leftovers and typical breakfast stuff (eggs, bacon, etc.), so it will get real old, real fast to read that.
Here’s what we’re nomming on this week:
- Monday – Garlic Butter Baked Fish, Sauteed Kale, Roasted Onions, Bell Peppers and Mushrooms
- Tuesday – Chicken Tacos with all the fixins (cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, onion, bell pepper, cilantro, salsa)
- Wednesday – Slow Cooker Spareribs, Green Beans with Onion and Bacon, Sweet Potato Spears
- Thursday – Pork and Green Bean Stir-Fry (with paleo modifications)
- Friday – Cheeseburgers, Buttery Steamed Broccoli, Sweet Potato Spears
- Saturday - Steak, Roasted Sweet Potato Salad with Bacon and Caramelized Onions
- Sunday – Breakfast for Dinner
We have a wrestling tournament on Friday evening, so supper will be super early. I hate eating dinner at 3:30pm…it makes me feel 90 years old!
